To achieve this, it has highly qualified and experienced personnel, ensuring that our service and its outcomes are supported by technically accurate opinions and clear evidence.

Our service remains independent and impartial, avoiding any practices that could compromise its independence of technical judgment, while meeting the requirements of our clients beyond their expectations. To this end, AIVEPET maintains a policy of reviewing contracts, tenders, and quote requests, constantly evaluating its level of competence, capacity, and experience, committing its participation when these attributes can be met.

AIVEPET ensures transparent communication with its clients as a way to measure satisfaction levels and establish mutually beneficial relationships, securing the competitiveness and profitability of its services.

AIVEPET offers services that comply with the regulatory framework of each country where it operates, in fields such as water quality, food quality and safety, logistics, transportation, mining, environment, grains, and hydrocarbons, among others. For this purpose, it obtains and maintains the accreditations and certifications required for its operations. It also offers non-accredited services when requested by clients.

AIVEPET directs its management and development objectives towards consolidating a level of excellence in all its service areas. To achieve this, it has made a formal commitment to implement and maintain a quality management system subject to continuous improvement, following the guidelines of NTP-ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO 9001 standards.
